Brie Baker by Martindale Pottery

This brie baker by Keith Martindale Pottery is offered in three distinct glazes - Ocean, Fire and Midnight.  This piece is the perfect house warming gift, and can certainly be used for other purposes than baking delicious brie!

Brie Baker details:

6.25" diameter , 2.5" height

Microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.  Always place pottery in a cold oven and bring up to temperature.

Baked Brie Recipe from Martindale Pottery:

Take a wheel of brie and place in center of your brie baker. Top with your choice of cranberry sauce, strawberry, or apricot preserves.  Place in a cold oven and set temperature at 450 degrees. Bake 10 minutes or until brie is warm through. Serve immediately. Surround with assorted crackers.
